Mister D is truly one of a kind. Just look at those photos! His breathtaking golden metallic glow, for which the Akhal-Teke breed is world-famous, shines brilliantly in the sunlight.  He inherited this spectacular colour from his sire, while his perlino dam has given him an even lighter golden shade that makes him absolutely unforgettable.

 And then there's his personality... Horses like him are incredibly rare.  Mister D is exceptionally willing to work—sometimes even a little too willing for his own good. He occasionally struggles with focus, and his mind works faster than his body can keep up.  He benefits from short, regular training sessions rather than long ones.  Equally important is knowing when to stop. If training continues for too long, his brain simply overloads and he can become frustrated with himself... simply because he wants to do everything so incredibly well. He needs someone who knows when to slow him down and remind him that it's perfectly okay to take a breath.

To people who don't know him yet, Mister D can initially appear a little reserved—or even slightly grumpy. He inherited that protective exterior from his sire. It takes a little patience to see beyond it, but once he decides you're his person, you've earned a place in his heart forever.
